Art Department

Everyone quotes the old adage, “Don’t judge a book by its cover,” but we all do. We can’t help it. Having a good cover will attract readers who want to know more after seeing it. But it is more than just good art. A cover must have a legible title and author’s name. You want readers to be able to understand the title and name even when they see the cover as a thumbnail on a website.

Book covers can be made from original art or from stock photos that have been artistically manipulated. All book covers will become the property of the author when the final cover is approved.

Choose from paperback or ebook. Our artist, Morwenna Rakestraw, will discuss your needs with you and work with you to create your cover. Take a look at some of the sample covers she has designed.
