Learn to Write in Your Own Voice

Classics Books

Dickens, Twain, Rowling, King and Hemingway… fantastic writers all. We don’t need another writer like any of them, we need new voices, new characters and new stories.

Writing like Shakespeare wouldn’t sell much today, and writing like Hemingway would only get you compared to him, which most of us would fall short of his great style and pen work.

No… please find your own style, your own words and your own voice. Don’t deny the world your great talent by hiding behind the styles of other great writers. You can rework old story lines, find new wonders in the classics and bring new light to those dusty old tomes.

Makes sure you put your stamp, your wonder, your style, and your unique voice to the stories you write. Shakespeare drew from the classics of his age to pen his plays, and so can you. Boy meets his love, girl fights her enemy, and they all ride off into the sunny memories we call a book. See you at the birth of your next classic.
